Pastor Curtis Pitts is a product of a bus ministry. Over 30 years ago the Church bus picked him up in the local housing projects and took him to West Laurel Church of God. Realizing the call that was on his life, he served as Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor. In 2009 Pastor Curt, Tish, and Reese accepted the call to become Lead Pastor at Wlcog. Since that date a small congregation has grown and blossomed into Ignite Church.

Sister Tish Pitts operates in the Gift of Organization and Administration. Tish works behind the scene leading with a spirit of humility and grace. She also leads Triage recovery Ministry and 12 Step program.
